vB Integration errors

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Hi!

I bought PhotoPost Pro + Branding Free option and I am having problems with it.

First of all, the editor isn't working and right now for some reason all kind of errors occur by triggering vB 3.5 functions that do not exist.

I've fixed this by disabling the vB3.5 triggers and now this above MySQL error occurs.

Please help!

Best Regards,
Jan Jaap

Hello, Jan.

First the basics; start off by using descriptive titles for your threads, please. It helps us and helps others who may have similiar issues by allowing them to get an idea of what your issue is without having to open the thread.

Second, we need to know about your setup - what are you running (version of vB, etc)? How about a link so I can see what your site is looking like?

I'm not sure what you mean "disabling the vB3.5 triggers" - once you start mucking with the integration code without an understanding of how it works, you are likely to get errors.

We need to start with unmodified code, so you'll need to put the original files back into place and offer us some specifics so we can resolve any misconfiguration issues.

I've uploaded the original files but now I can't login to the admin for some reason. I've deleted all the cookies a few times but am still not able to login.

Best Regards,

When you set your cookie values, did you use the default suggested values or did you use any custom "cookie prefix"? Did you specify a cookie path of "/" and is that the path set in vBulletin?

Making sure that both sections of the site are using the same cookie will ensure that login works across both sections of your site.

If you would like to PM me your login information, I will try logging in from here to see what cookies are being set.

Hi, Jan. It's not quite 8am here, I just got it. I replied and asked for some additional information.
