Views increasing by 4 when only viewed once?

hope I am posting in the right place... if not I'm sure you'll relocate

I have had a few people at our site notice the following:

Everytime I view/comment on a LO, the view number increases by 4. I view it once and it shows it has been viewed 4 times. I was just in the gallery checking out my theory and it's true. Each LO gets 4 views for each hit. Someone please tell me this is not my imagination. Try it and see. It cannot be just coincidence.

I see one view when I do it are you using the view cache in admin cause if so your going to get views written in low priority from the views cache

by the way what is a LO?

Well if I view a photo the views are increased by 1. Nowhere does it increase by 4 unless your having 4 people view the photo.

that is the code already present in the file where we increase the views by 1 which is what I say above. Nowhere do we increase views by 4
