Undefined variable: argv

I am seeing this alot in my apache logs

Photopost seems to be working fine, I can not see anything wrong.

Line 15:
if ( is_numeric($argv[0]) )

Here is what the index.php file has around line 15:

You can safely delete that if clause its just a check

The real answer is your PHP error reporting is set too high so unless you own the server and can change PHP error reporting lower so it does not report empty variables go ahead and remove those lines
