whats the full error?

Your missing the error code. If its 127 that tells me mogrify is not on your server where you are telling the program it is. If this is the case update your config settings in photopost to specify the proper location if mogrify on your server. If not try setting your image processor in global options to gd2

just tried setting it to GD2 and that didn't work either??!!!

was in the conf file in 5.5
$mogrify_command = "/usr/bin/X11/mogrify";


but should have been:
$mogrify_command = "/usr/bin/mogrify";

whoops!

Yep thats why the upgrade doc states to not overwrite your config
