VB3.6.2 integration woes

I've just purchased and installed PhotoPost Pro 5.5 to integrate with my vBulletin 3.6.2. Whenever I say "Yes" to the "Do you want to enable the vB3 Integration which uses your vB3 headers, footers and styles?", I get just my headers and footers, and a Powered by: PhotoPost PHP vB3 Enhanced - no menus, no categories, nothing. If I turn off the vb3 Integration, I get everything that's intended to show up (as far as I know). Attached are the screenshots of both instances. Any help would be appreciated.

Reupload your templates as I can already say when uploading your categories template is corrupt.

I've replaced the entire templates directory with all sub-directories. Nothing has changed. Permissions are 0544 for all files, if that matters...

I suppose I'll attempt a reinstall now, however I'm not quite sure if that's going to help. Can you let me know what leads you to believe that the categories template has an issue please?

Those pictures tell me the categories template in your vb3enhanced folder is corrupt and thats why it does not display.

The templates folders should be 755 and all tmpl files should be 666
