Exclamation Style sheet looks messed up since the upgrade.

I just noticed that whe people make comments on the pictures, I get two different background styles? This happened when I upgraded to 5.5
also the layout doesn't look right. The background behind the picture is suppose to be dark.

The background is as it has been always loading the tdbackground class which I beleive loads panelsurround in vbulletin and same thing with comments our commments alternate classes
