error code 1

my users started getting this error code when trying to upload:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size x -quality 70 -geometry x '/home/abc/public_html/pictures/data/500/thumbs/runt.jpg'

How can i correct this?

If you set your processor to gd2 under global options in admin do uploads work?

Did you on install set the data directory to 777 at every level

gd2 works but it doesnt create thumbmails - when i scanned database i gots lot sof 500 errors - also switch back to imagemajik and scanned and got this:

Checking photo #2: image /home/ilovedog/public_html/dog-pictures/data/500/pug.jpg not found, removing from database... done.
Checking photo #5: rebuilding /home/pictures/data/538/thumbs/Feb_28_-_05_51_.jpg from /home/pictures/data/538/Feb_28_-_05_51_.jpg ...
