server move issue

we moved to a new server and upgraded to vbulletin 3.6.1.

We have serveral issues.
1. When we try to upload it fails
Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for xxx.com\http\www\photos\data500/79_0.jpg in \photos\image-inc.php on line 765

Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in \photos\image-inc.php on line 765

2. There are thumbnails on the site but now large images appear.

We were going to then upgrade to the new version of photopost when done.
Current version 5.31

Hello when moving servers you want to set permissions on the uploads and data directory AT EVERY LEVEL TO 777

You then go to global options in admin and set the proper new server path to the data and uploads directories and save. You can then go to storage options and hit revert and save twice to load the change

still little issue

That fixed the upload issue but when you click on thumbnails it shows this in the large box
Photo not found in the database!

Is there a trick to chmod my data folders to 777.
When I ftp'd from one server to the other, permissions are 755. I am manually changing them to 777. Is there an easier way? Only 200 folders to go.

If you have SSH you can do something like this

CHMOD -R 777 data
