Time for the comments in PhotoPost Pro

What is the proper setting for GMT offset for the comments in Photopost Pro. I am GMT + 10 (East Coast Australia) and my vBulletin 3.6.1 is set at that. I put a t in the GMT Offset value which I assumed would make it the same as vBulleting it didn't, what is happening is that the comments are time stamped 10 hours into the future. I tried a 0 with similar results. What should I use?

On our GMT in global options you put then -10 cause you want to backtrack vbulletin time to GMT. That example is of course if your server is in australia. You want to place a GMT to negate the time from your server to GMT time. Most PHP installs will report time from the server. vbulletin does it from GMT thus you to match vbulletin we have this global setting
