We can not access your server in a support manner. You can post a url here for us to look at and we can tell you what we think he did wrong and what you need to do to fix things.

Your issue is your not installed properly. You have Photopost installed as an internal standalone install yet your trying to install it to integrate with vbulletin.
You need to reinstall again and this time install to integrate with vb3

You need to reinstall again and this time install to integrate with vb3 | so can i keep the existing memebr data and import it when done?
and you are saying to integrate pp and vb you need to install pp for vb - you cant have an existing pp?
and is there specific instructions for that? where?

when you integrate with a forum this usually means when you purchase photopost you integrate it with your forum. This is not a process you do after having a running Photopost.
You have lots of work ahead of your.
You need to use vbulletin's impex script to import your Photopost users. You then need to follow a thread like this to switch integration to vbulletin http://www.photopost.com/forum/showp...89&postcount=2 |

You can do a rerun install not a clean install yes to do the integration part but you still as noted in my posts impex the users into vb and then run that userfix script in the imports forum to get the proper userids once the users are imported

Just rerun install and enter the proper info to integrate with vb3 and then continue with the impex and the userfix as noted in the linked post or simply leave things and follow the noted post exactly with the database edits
