I learned a very important lesson tonight. Always edit your config files and .php files with notepad or a simular program. DO NOT USE FRONTPAGE. After the upgrade the board is finaly running, but when i go to upload photos i get the error above the header.

You need to set your uploads and data directories per the install instructions to 777 AT EVERY LEVEL DEEP
