There should be no link to that page anylonger on our site? How did you get there? You can email support at support@photopost.com with sensitive info? |
if you click on "members area" there's a link in a table neat the bottom of the page for the ticket system. how do I convery sensitive information to you for support purposes? |
well I suggest you send email or post here. Take note we can not access your server so there is no need to send sensative info. If we need an admin login we will ask. I suggest you post your issue and a URL and a regular test user on our support forum. |
I have just purchased Photo Post Pro, and installed it to my web site. I am in need of some assistance in how to go about importing my current users, galleries, and images from my old program of 4images ver 1.7.3. Any assistiance would be apprecited. I did find an importer on the forums and tried it but it failed. Thanks for your help. I am open to allowing you access to my server if that will help. |
please post any issues with your import in that specific thread as I have I beleive already responded there and your issue is pretty simple |
