.com/photos instead of .com/photopost does not work

I tried to install the software using .com/photos instead of .com/photopost but it seemed to give multiple error messages after the VB details page on install. (Even tho it displayed the next pages text and fields.) .. Wondering if this is possible or if its required to use "photopost" as the main directory name

You would need to install with the proper directory you want.

without knowing what you mean by errors I can not assist further.

The software does not look for www.yoursite.com/photopost by default, you are free to choose whatever directory name you would like for the gallery, infact most people use 'gallery' and i myself use photo.

exactly gallery is the most common used and this is what I use and I use for all photopost installs unless people specify a different one.
