Installation Issue - Wrong Domain?

Ok, I have tried several things to solve this issue, so first I'll start with the issue .. install appears to work fine, but then anything i click takes me to www.domain.com ... now, here's what I have tried:

Upgrade from 4.6.5 - results in a blank page instead of working at all.
New database & install - results in a working install with the problem above.

I have read through the forums and none of the solutions I have found work. I need to be able to upgrade mainly since the gallery already had alot under 4.6.5.

link to phpinfo: http://www.justindube.com/phpinfo.php

I meet the requirements for PHP, MySQL, I ahve set all directories to the correct security levels ... nothing works ...

EDIT: I also just tried doing an install which did NOT use VB3.5, and used only Photopost's internal user system and got the same problem.

I get this error when i enable error messages:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/justindube.com/httpdocs/forums/photopost/install.php on line 1311

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/vhosts/justindube.com/httpdocs/forums/photopost/forums/vb2.php on line 314

Keep in mind, i get that error whether i select to integrate or not.

For testing I downloaded a pirated copy of 4.8, and couldnt even get that one to load. It did the same thing 4.6.5 is doing which is giving me a blank white screen when i try to view anything on the site, including index.php and install.php

well I would think your PHP server is not reporting the variables. you can email me and I will send you an altered install to try out

OK Chuck, niether of the installs you sent me worked. Take a look over the PHP info file and see if all looks good to you. UI need to get this hammered out.
