Installation Issues

Hi there,

I have just installed PhotoPost Pro and have integrated it with phpbb2 without problem - the gallery portion is running perfectly as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for my forum! Since installing PhotoPost, I now get the following error when trying to access my forum:

phpBB : Critical Error
Could not connect to the database

What on earth have I done? How can I fix this? Any info you may be able to provide would be immensely appreciated!

Sherry

check the config file for phpbb to see if you have over written any of the details like database password and stuff....

Without knowing a url to your forum and gallery there is no quick answer but your issue would appear to have nothing to do with Photopost since we do not alter the forums at all. You would appear to have altered your phpbb config file as sybaris has suggested.

Thank you guys! You were correct - my phpbb user name/password had gotten changed somewhere along the way. All is just great now

PS - The customer support on this forum is top notch! I have never seen responses that were so friendly and quick.
