Uploading error

I'm getting the following error while trying to upload a jpg.

Unable to read the format of file: /hsphere/local/home/dennis/njflyfishing.com/photopost/data/500/DSC_3317.jpg

I've chmod my data and upload directories and all directories underneath them to 777. The path is correct and is modded as 777.

GD2 is installed, as reported by phpinfo at the following location:

http://www.njflyfishing.com/phpinfo.php

The file I'm attempting to upload is 203k and a few others I've tried to upload are slightly larger and slightly smaller.

I found this thread and your suggestion fixed my problem:

I have a question about this though. The paths were identicle. After I reverted 2 times without even changing anything, it fixed the problem. Why is that?

Your path was not correct there would have to be a small difference maybe a missing slash?
