Server Move Help
 

I need to request some support from photopost for my site. The details I need to provide are server sensitive how should I go about the support request?

what do you mean? Product support does not mean we can access your server at any time so anything your trying to ask you can ask here in the support forum.

I moved server recently and there has been a mix somewhere in the change over. My username for the database when I moved was for example robert1 but the name had to be changed back to simply robert.

Now I'm having issues with uploading, thumbnails and thats only for what I have looked at. All the settings are correct, including global in the cp they are all pointing to the correct place yet I'm getting these errors!! Thumbs are not being created either.

If however I change the username to robert1 the gallery appears to function fine, even though believe it or not I do not have such a user name on my server.

when moving servers you must edit your config_inc.php file and input the proper new mysql connect info for the database and update the $PP_PATH to the correct path to photopost on the new server. you should then be able to view it and update the uploads and data paths in admin global options and storage options
