well your page is displaying no errors so it would be extremely difficult to tell you your exact issue or resolution.
You can double check you ran the upgrade script and or if you mistakenly overwrote a config file. There are all things that could affect things.
The tell tell thing is to turn on display errors in PHP settings if you can edit your php.ini file.

well most likely but without knowing what your problem is we cant suggest a course of action. Does your server error logs have anything in them? Are you able to turn php display errors on?

if you have a dedicated server or a VDS system you can view the php.ini file and set display_errors to On and restart the server
Just a thought if you had an older photopost did you upload the NEW config-int.php file that has been apart of Photopost since 4.86

Thanks Chuck,
I re-upload everything and working fine now.
New problem arise, I (admin) cant upload any photos...it says Unable to move file [/tmp/phphOjBdG] [/home/aromania/public_html/gallery/uploads/1/fish.JPG]
but other users seems to have no problem at all uploading.
any idea why?
