permission fault

i've got this error after the last step of installation.

Quote:
We're sorry, but we encountered an error during the installation process...

Unable to create/write to /home/sites/yoursite/photopost/data! Check your data directory permissions before continuing.

When you have fixed your permissions Refresh this page to try again.

If you have corrected the error, you may hit GO BACK and try again.
i've chmodded the data and subdirs to 777

I get this

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/X11/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x80 -quality 70 -geometry 100x80 -unsharp 10 '/chroot/home/hqwallpa/hqwallpapers.net/html/data/500/thumbs/8468Gonipora5.jpg'

Try setting in Admin => Global Options and set your image processor to GD2
