Hello

If you changed servers you need to change the path statements in config-inc.php and the Admin => Global Options and Storage Options to match those of the new server

I changed all of that...

Did you reset your directory permissions on uploads and data directories at every level?. If you dont give us an error we are just sitting here stabbing blind

armin123 August 9th, 2006 04:35 PM

yes, I set the folder permissions.
if you press upload the photo appears, but if you continue following error comes:
There was an error uploading this photo. Please report to System Administrator.

Turn on debugging to show any errors as the photos is not being added to the database

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

armin123 August 9th, 2006 10:15 PM

how do I do this?

Chuck S August 10th, 2006 07:46 AM

do you see the error on screen when logged in as admin or if you set to recieve emails of errors? Please give me something to work with here so that I can assist. We see based on the error the query is failing to get copied to the database now you need to display the exact error and post it here so we can see why and tell you what to do to fix this as there appears to be an issue with your mysql database

I think when I changed server somehow I must have done something wrong during the instqllqtion the sql database is missing ... where can I find the sql file so I can install it?

thanks

Chuck S August 10th, 2006 01:37 PM

How about you give me a url to look at? If your database did not exist you would surely not see any part of a working install

PM me an admin account to look at your admin settings and test uploads and see if I can see the true nature of your issue
