Admin/Cookie Problem

Ok, my admin page wont login. However, photopost is working. I recieve this blank page.

I've checked the forums, and this seems to be an cookie/license problem right?
So, I checked table 172 in my phpadmin.

bb is the default, so I made sure.

My license is correct since I checked config.php in my forum file.

How can I fix this? I've read several posts pretaining to the same topic, and I've tried those solutions.

My settings are...

Quote:

$vbpath = "/home/azninfo/public_html/forum";
$pppath = "/home/azninfo/public_html/photopost";

// We need the URL path to your PhotoPost and vb installation
$url_path = "http://www.azn.info/photopost";
$vb_urlpath = "http://www.azn.info/forum";

// The URL of your photo dir where your images are stored (with / at end)
$data_dir = "http://www.azn.info/photopost/data";
I have GD2

Could a support member help? I can provide phpmyadmin login if needed. Thanks for you time.

Using phpmyadmin make sure your cookie settings are correct and especially you have entered your vbulletin cookie prefix in setting 172 in the settings table. It is found in your vbulletin config.php file and is usually bb

I've checked, as you can see in the screenshot. http://www.azn.info/admin.jpg. I dont know what to do.

Chuck S August 6th, 2006 07:35 PM

You can Pm me admin login to see what you see

Chuck S August 7th, 2006 06:05 AM

Okay your issue has nothing to do with cookie problems.

When you click admin your going to admin and you get a box to download a file which means your PHP is crapping out and stopping on the server. I will need to do some searching to see if anyone else has had this issue as its not common error and nothing there is an easy answer on.

RyuKenLi August 7th, 2006 06:19 AM

Ok, Chuck, I'll see if my host can do something.

Chuck S August 7th, 2006 07:58 AM

Just an FYI also see if your server error logs give any hint as to what the issue might be here. That could help solve the issue as to why the file is downloaded instead of being processed.

RyuKenLi August 7th, 2006 08:34 AM

When I access it in internet explorer, both the frames of the admin are blank. I've contacted my host, I hope to hear something.

Also, does this help?

I installed photopost as a standalone, but same error. The admin page is blank.

The problem is not going to change until we figure out why the server is rejecting the file from loading and PHP does not stop on the server. PHP stops and the file is being downloaded instead of processed

RyuKenLi August 7th, 2006 03:22 PM

Problem fixed, it was my host. Thank you Chuck.

Chuck S August 7th, 2006 06:18 PM

If you get a chance ask them what it was so I can got it down in my mind if someone else has the issue

RyuKenLi August 8th, 2006 02:34 AM

Hey Chuck, I'll try, but my other host is still stumped.

Chuck S August 8th, 2006 06:40 AM

no biggy it would be nice to know what was wrong on the server side to pass onto others

grassie August 11th, 2006 07:44 AM

Chuck S August 11th, 2006 08:04 AM
