Smiles again

have vb 3.54 photpost 5.31 and in pp in comments for images in gallery the more link for more smiles pops up a blank window......did a search here on site and could find nothing about this problem for 5.31 the others talk about vbulliten editor.js I don't have have a .css with no mention of smiles in it....all the other post talk about using full http path ok where do i find it?

Edit the vbulletin file in there clientscript directory called vbulletin_textedit.js
and add url example in bold
