Upgrade to 5.31

Like a few others I've noticed, I have the following error at http://www.aacircle.com.au/forums/gallery/:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /gallery/pp-inc.php on line 193
I cannot connect to the Members database. []

Am positive the config-inc.php file is correct. In fact, you can see the photos that are currently in the database displayed on our main page www.aacircle.com/forums. So access to the database is working fine.

If I upload install.php and run it, is there a danger of recreating the tables? Am I able to backout before tables are dropped and rewritten?

Fixed the problem. Like most, had the wrong variables in the config file.
