$Style ['menubar'] not being parsed

I'm having a problem integrating Photopost with vBulletin.

My photopost site is: www.e-ted.com/gallery and my forums is www.e-ted.com/forums

The look isn't integrating. I was told that the $Style ['menubar'] isn't parsing.

it is leaving the feild blank in the templates when it calls them because the variable is not being set,that is why half the style is missing

Any advice please?

In Admin => Forum Settings turn on use integrated styles
