Angry Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream

Hi,
I have just attempted to install photopost to my server. Unfortunately i am a beginner on all counts so treat me with the respect i dont deserve. Anyway when i type www.imagecyber.com/photopost/install.php i get the following:

Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/e/a/seanbrogan6/html/photopost/install.php on line 111

Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/e/a/seanbrogan6/html/photopost/install.php on line 111

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/s/e/a/seanbrogan6/html/photopost/install.php on line 111

Could someone please help me out & explain what i have done wrong.
Please if you can explain in complete dimwit mode that would help me out a lot.
As far as i know i have followed the instructions to the letter but reading something like "set up mysql database" means to me set it up, do i have to do anything to the database once its set up like tables etc. Anyway im sure you get what i mean.
Best wishes & thanks for all replies in advance

Thanks Chuck!
Maybe someone should get round to updating the installation instructions to coincide with the updated version of photopost. Still no biggie, hopefully anyone who comes across the same will see this thread.
Best wishes
