Just installed photophost...getting 1 error

My url is www.turbodub.com

the gallery is installed at www.turbodub.com/gallery

I have checked the paths... my forum is installed at the root and running CMPS

On install you have forgotten to enter your mysql table prefix for the forum. You can rerun install and enter the proper table prefix on step 4

does this have anything to do with any of it?

Correct you need to make sure two things. In the config step 1 you enter in the user database your vbulletin mysql table info. In step 4 enter the correct tableprefix of the forum

Your entering one of those wrong cause we can not issue a query to the forum which is both your errors which means the vb database info entered is not right.

how can this install kill the images and thumbnails on my phpclassifieds?

the images were stored in the www.turbodub.com/gallery/..... it appears that got whipped out.

Can i fix this?

ok...i freaking pissed

now my admin for the classifieds is now longer working...

was i suppose to read something somewhere that says your classifieds and gallery can't work on the same site?

or whats the deal now....?

make sure your not installing them with the same table prefixes

is there a way to restore this mess?

As you can see by my post....if it takes 65 post to install something...it isn't friendly and easy.

I am not all that new to this either.... VERY FRUSTRATING product install.

if I go into my data base and delete the tables for the classifieds and the gallery. I did install them under 2 different pre-fixes....and reinstall them both, will this have any adverse effect on my forum?

As long as I don't mess with the vb3_ prefix tables?

You got it all different prefixes.

Our install instructions are here and pretty straight forward you just made the mistake of installing it in a database with the same table prefix as another photopost application.
