You'll need to check your photopost config and settings table settings 171-173 for the cookie settings.
You must enter the correct vb license number in the config-inc.php file and your photopost cookies must be set like this to match vbulletin
cookie prefix bb
cookie path /
cookie domain .artnutz.us
Basically if I log into your forum and go to photopost I am not logged into photopost therefore it does not recognize the cookie

ok for the vb cookie deal is xxx_bb the same as bb where the xxx_ is like space....or null character....
cookie values set to vb= bb, pp = pp_ license is ok, config is set up right...how about a complete reinstall...like delete the db as nothing is in it anyway and make new clean one and fresh installs of both vb and pp?
Side note photplog does the same thing...thats why I went to photopost...lol

I think your confusing cookie prefix and table prefix. Settings 171-173 of the Photopost settings table needs to be what I said in my post above. You should be 100% operational once it is set right

171 = /
172 = bb
173 = .artnutz.us
license is right went to vb site and got it, along with the email from them.....so if the one they sent me is wrong then thats their problem right....but two emails from them and the site have the same number as I entered...

Your problem was easy once I saw the settings table again.
Now for the life of me I can not understand why your site did not display any errors but you had not set your forum database table prefix setting 83
