Photos won't upload & 5.31 question

Problem history: when I upgraded from my original 5.13 to 5.21 I managed to loose all my uploaded data (photos & data). No doubt my fault but it indicates the tech knowledge you are dealing with here. We did get it to work, spent months adding records, but each upload was accompanied by an error message to my email. No real problem to me, the data was uploading, until I got to record #201 - NOW ALL UPLOADS FAIL and are hung up on the PhotoPost 'Processing' page. The error I get now is:

An error was encountered during execution of the query:

UPDATE pp_cache SET timestamp=0 WHERE id=1

The query returned with an errorcode of:

Table 'jmoneta_monetadb.pp_cache' doesn't exist.

My first reaction was to contact PAIR Networks (my ISP). They said it appears to be a problem in my 'script'. They sent the following response:

It appears that one of your queries has a typo in it. The table
"jmoneta_monetadb.pp_cache" does not exist. However, there is a table
called "jmoneta_monetadb.pp_ipcache". Please fix this reference in your queries or scripts to prevent this problem from occurring.

I'm have no idea why this suddenly happened at attemped upload of record #201. I have too much data to take a chance of loosing it like last time. Perhaps an upgrade (5.31) would fix all the bugs & script problems (Sorry, I could not enter a new thread in BUGS). My site is about to be announced so I need to get this fixed quickly. I'll attempt a data backup but I'd like to safely upgrade and have the problems fixed. Do I need to pay ($39) to have full FORUM access. Will someone there make it all happen for a fee? I sincerely appreciate any help I can get on this ASAP.

Thank You!

You have not ran the upgrade.php script and ran the upgrades you need to run therefore the cache table does not exist yet. Run the upgrade.php script and it should solve the reported error here
