Install Problems. HELP! PLEASE

I am having a couple issues.

1: I get an error after install stating
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /photopost/forums/vb3.php on line 339

Any ideas? I am running MySQl ver 4 so it's not the ver 5 compatibility issue

2: How do I get the upload pictures link on my VB main nav bar so people can click to go right to the photopost gallery from the vBulletin forums? I tried editing the nav bar template but it didn't work? Any ideas?
3: When I go directly to the uploadphoto.php file I get a message that I do not have permissions to do it. I did chmod the file, so what gives?

Hello on install make sure where we ask for the mysql table prefix for the vbulletin forum that this is entered correctly.

You can add a link to your gallery in the navbar template of vbulletin to link people to the gallery

You would after install go to the photopost admin and set upload permissions in edit usergroup section of admin.

My VB tables have no prefix, they all just have a name and thats it. For example
they are named

admin
bbcode
cron
cronlog
avatar

etc etc etc

Okay on the first step of install did you place the vbulletin database info where it says user database?

Ok I think I got rid of that error but now I have more errors upon trying to access the photopost directory. I get this when going to my photopost gallery directory or if I just try to go to the index.php

I cant seem to even find a global.php file anywhere

disregard.. i found the problem.. But I still cant seem to add the link to the photopost gallery on my VB nav bar. It doesnt appear when I edit the template

Make sure your editing the navbar for the style your using

yes I am but still not sure on the syntax.. I am getting syntax errors like crazy.. If I add a link it appears it's adding the space because it's moving over the other links but I dont see the actual words show on the navbar. i think it has something to do with the $vbphrase line. Like Vb is not recognizing what I enter in the line of code for the link text
