After battling for hours and hours. I finally got it to work or at least some. Almost everything work except that I get an error on top:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/path/to/php/headtags.htm) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/domains/x.nissanhelp.com/:/usr/share/phpmyadmin:/etc/phpmyadmin:/usr/local/lib/php) in /var/www/domains/x.nissanhelp.com/docs/gallery/pp-inc.php on line 492



Any help will be appreciated

In Admin => Global Options remove the bogus paths to the header footer and headtags files. With open_basedir set you can not have these filled in.
