Photopost 5.3 with VB 3.5 install error Hello, I have installed Photopost to integrate with VB 3.5.... After I install photopost, I can get to the admin console panel fine... When I view my main photopost page, it doesnt display the images... The URL says http://www.XXXXXXX.com/images/xxxxxx My forum is installed in http://www.XXXXXX.com/forum The URL should say: http://www.XXXXXX.com/forum/images/xxxxx I have the correct URL in the admin console on the Edit Integration page set to http://www.XXXXXX.com/forum The only thing during the installation that bothered me was..... It prepopulated the Server Path to Forum directory to XXXXXXXXXXX/photopost/forum but I dont have my forum in that directory, so I changed it to XXXXXXXXX/forum other than that, it seemed like a smooth install Please help. All of the links to the forum dont work, not just images BTW |
Just read the Helpful info to provide link..... I am running Windows 2003 server, it is a dedicated server. I am running PHP 5 and MySQL 4.1 http://www.golfvideolessons.com/photopost is the link to my photopost install directory. and since I am posting a problem with integration with the forum, my forum URL is http://www.golfvideolessons.com/forum Thank You |
Simply looks to me like on install you entered the url to your forum as http://www.golfvideolessons.com instead of http://www.golfvideolessons.com/forum You can sign into admin and in Admin => Forum Settings update the forum url to be the correct one ;) |
I entered it correctly, and have checked it many times in the admin console :) It is set to /forum |
http://www.golfvideolessons.com/forum to be exact |
I have tried restarting my Apache and MySqL 4.1 services, clearing my Internet Explorer cache... It still does not build the correct URL's, and I have quadruple checked my admin console settings and the database... The forum entry is set correctly. Please help. |
We build the url based on what is entered in the Admin => Forum Settings the url to your forums. You can send me an admin login to check this but from what I see you have not entered the url correctly. |
I have PM'd you the username and password, thanks for helping. |
forumsettings screenshot 1 Attachment(s) Does this setting look incorrect to you? |

In your vbulletin admin settings the url to your forum was incorrect |
Which one? |
I see what you changed...... My website URL is NOT http://www.golfvideolessons.com/forum , it is http://www.golfvideolessons.com You might want to change this in your installation instructions. |
My Forum Setting URL was always correct |
wait, I see that you said VBULLETIN forum settings.... Let me try setting the website URL back to http://www.golfvideolessons.com |
ok, seems to still work ok, thanks! |
