Updating issues 4.8 to 53

so when I run the upgrade heres what happens

Content visible to verified customers only.

I go on ahead and proceed

Content visible to verified customers only.

Go on again and says upgrade is completed. When its done though it looks like this afterwards, heres some screenshots

What am I doing wrong ? I created a duplicate gallery so I could run a upgrade without effecting the main gallery but even when I run it on the main gallery I get the same errors, something im missing

Make sure that your only running the 485 upgrade ONCE.

As far as the unlink issues they are not a big deal only means you dont have permission via the script to remove old files. Just delete them manually.

Far as I know im running it ust once. I bring up the upgrade section click on 4.82 then it goes to 4.85 afterwards and then the errors start popping up...
