MySql errors / Spam robots

Hi,

I get 100+ mails of these errors every day. Is there anything I can do about this?

I set $debug=0; in my config file, but still get the mails.

!! The url in the error is chanced every time !!

I use version 5.3 (VB).

The problems getting bigger. The search requests are every few minutes now. The server performance is not so good the last couple of days.

well I would need to do some extensive testing but you can try adding the code in bold in search.php

Content visible to verified customers only.

the easiest thing is to do a search on the net and place a robots txt file on your site to now allow robots

Sorry for my late reaction.

The extra code in search.php is working fine. No more errors.

After i tested the extra code i also create a robot.txt file just to make sure

There is a better way that won't break searching multiple categories; I've updated the build with a new search.php which you can download and upload to your site which has a minor tweak to deal with malformed URLs as to not pop up an error message.
