I still can't get into your bug reporting system. I'd like to get this problem fixed. I've changed my email addy so you should see my license now.

Problem: no headers showing
Situation: partial vb3 integration, site:hipgallery.com

Well to me your not loading the vbulletin enhanced integration integration so if you would like to use that you need to in Admin => Edit Integration fill in the urls and server paths and turn on the vb3 integration switches.
