In your Admin => Global Options make sure the data and upload url's and paths are correct. You can then go to Admin => Storage Options and update the paths etc by hitting revert and save twice

Dear Chuck,
with: Quote: |
You need to set the data directory at every level to 777
| you mean to say that every folder inside the data folder should be
CHMOD at 777 ?
Just want to be sure before I do it

what header problem do you have?
You appear to be showing the vbulletin header and footers correctly around your photopost product and the stylesheet is passed so I see no issue.

Is that part of your header or navbar? We only pull the header and navbar. Also look at the image path http://www.pooja.nl/images/yf/buttons/thead.gif
You need to in that specific style all options in vbulletin make the relative url's to those image directories bull url's so the images will be shown over Photopost since this is a custom style and not the default style. We only auto rewrite the normal urls in vbulletin not custom ones.

You would get that line by doing what I suggested in the second quote above
