new upload problem

Ok, now I have a lady that cannot upload and she says that it just will not ever go past the processing image page. It just stays on that page and says done. Any suggestions on this error? Image size is 70.4kb so it should upload, righ?

Try ftping to your server go to the photopost directory and delete every directory under the uploads directory. Maybe she tryed uploading a large file that is clogging the process
