Install.php is blank? I have uploaded the photopost files but when i go to install.php, its blank. all white no nothing on it? I have paid for instalation because of this problem but if i can figure it out maybe i wont need it. Also this is a nuke install so i have the photopost files in the modules directory i am trying to call it by www.mysite.com/modules/photopost/install.php what am i doing wrong? |
Oh ya, if i paid for an install how long before they would get to it. I dont mind paying for it but i figured if i could do it quicker?? |
Basically once you send back the installation agreement they forward it to the installer. |
Well i am muddling through it. I figured out that there were 2 files that needed to be renamed and that was causeing the blank page. Now i am getting an error on the install script Unable to create/write to /modules/photopost/data although i have the data directory and all sub set to 777, i dont understand it. I am going to do a search to see if i can find an answer, but if you know what the problem might be it could help me out. Tom |
Use full server path to the data directory and you should be fine. |
Where do i do that exactly? |
I seem to have figured it out. But now i dont understand why when i click on the link to photopost do i leave the nuke site. For some reason there is no nuke wrapper around photopost, its like it is a stand alone install?? |
We do not run as a nuke module never have. Our thread here explains the integration levels we support with various installs. We support the nuke login in our product http://www.photopost.com/forum/showp...20&postcount=1 |
