Cannot install photopost properly.

Hello,

I'm having problems getting photopost installed. I'm getting various errors while trying to go through the install process.

after step 4

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\www\htdocs\gallery\install.php on line 1311

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\www\htdocs\gallery\forums\vb2.php on line 341

after "successful" install

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\www\htdocs\gallery\forums\vb2.php on line 25

Below that error message, I am presented a login prompt. When I try to log in, I am re-directed to www.domain.com.

My setup -

Personally owned dedicated server running win2k3 web ed.

php version: 5.1.4
Mysql version: 4.1.14-nt on a dedicated sql server running win2k server

I am tring to integrate with invision powerboard 2.1.6. I have the ipg module, but photopost looks much better and want to switch.

The errors your posting suggest your selecting vb2 from the drop down box on step 4 to integrate with vbulletin 2 and not Invisionboard 2

That is what I thought, so I've tried it several times. I've picked invisionboard2, invisionboard, and even tried phpbb2 (knowing it wouldn't work) each resulted in the errors i've listed.

I've also tried installing it on the local mysql server that hosts the webpages instead of the dedicated server. Again, same errors.

Thanks for your reply, I will provide any info that I can to help get this resolved. I'm usually pretty good at figuring things out, but I've already spent probably 10 or 12 hours trying various things. Also after each attempt, I made sure to drop the old database and start a new one.

Update -

Ok, I noticed in another thread you mentioned something about old variables not being on. So, I went into my php.ini and turned them.

The install finished successfully this time, and I can log in with my forum login/password.

However, I now have this problem when you are on the index page.

Notice: Undefined variable: argv in C:\www\htdocs\gallery\index.php on line 15

----

When I try to upload a photo, after I hit submit I get the following error

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"c:/imagemagick/mogrify.exe" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 C:/www/htdocs/gallery/data/500/thumbs/Winter.jpg

I'll keep plugging away at things..

Okay you can delete this on line 15 of index.php

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
You sure on your uploads and data directories you have set your permissions to read write execute?

You can try removing this from the image-inc.php file twice

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Ah, thank you! Those two tweaks seem to have done it. The next few days I'll defintely be putting it through it's paces to find out. =)
