Is this a new install cause you can view the settings table with mysql and fix the domain name. Your php is not reporting the physical domain name on the install and it is being written as domain.com |

You know how to use phpmyadmin? Basically all you do is view the database select to view the settings table hit browse and then edit any row that has to do with url's to directories etc and place the proper url. Thats really all there is to it |
