Desperate...Installation failed...

Hi there,

yesterday I bought PhotopostPro and try to install. The installation process runs smoothly, but when I want to enter the Gallery I always get:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Seems to be, the file global.php from vB cannot be found? But it's there at ./global.php

Now I deinstalled, installed, deinstalled....

Need help please.
