can not upload 9 meg file

i can not upload a 9 meg file it sends me to page can not be found.
it take about 5 secs to send me to that page.
i have multimedia set to on i have a files size set to 16 megs
in php.in it is set to upload_max_filesize 12m
itried it from user side and admin side
the file is a .wmv
i tried with file under 1 meg and it did not give me that error.

what should i look for to solve this problem.

I would check your php.ini file and adjust max execution time to 0 post max size to 16m as well and possible depending on your php memory limit set to maybe 32m

Sounds to me like PHP is bombing out.
