PHPBB2 and Photopost Integration Hello, I know you recommend that I installed phpBB2 FIRST, then Photopost. Well, I just finished installing Photopost and everything is working great. I am too afraid to UNINSTALL IT to install phpBB2 and then RE-INSTALL Photopost again. I am concern about the database errors that I might encounter since I will probably will need to delete the current database and recreate a new one. I am also concern about encoutering new errors that I might not had seen yet, plus the time that it will take me to re-configure everything. Do you know if there is a way to install phpBB2 ON TOP of Photopost and allow photopost to manage the registration and whatever else it manages? Or is this too crazy to do? Thanks! It would be alot simpler to do it the proper way. There are threads here on how to switch integrations but it is simpler and quicker to use the install script and select external integration with the install script and answer the questions |
I am now getting Database Errors Ok. I followed your recommendations and installed PHPBB2 first in a new database then installed PhotoPost after it. Evertyhing went well, much faster than what I expected.:) I am able to register users and upload and downlaod photos, but now I am getting these database errors::eek: ERROR #1 ******************************************************* An error was encountered during execution of the query: REPLACE INTO phpbb_sessions (session_id,session_user_id,session_start,session_time,session_ip,session_page,session_logged_in) VALUES ('47673c7cdb2a85ec05d9cd4bc7be03b0',, 1148247724, 1148247724, 'd1cb6002', '0', '1') The query returned with an errorcode of: You have an error in your SQL syntax. You can place single quotes around {$User['userid']} variable but your userid is empty in phpbb2.php Code: Content visible to verified customers only. |
