mysql_fetch_array(): Errors after instal

After installing I get these two errors:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /opt/domain/www.drugs-forum.co.uk/HTML/photopost/forums/vb3.php on line 25

Does anyone know what has gone wrong?

On install either in the config where is asks for the user database info you have entered the incorrect info or on step 4 you have not entered your correct vbulletin mysql table prefix.
