database error when uploading

this is what I get when uploading a picture in the gallery

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpIubWrT] [/mounted-storage/home7/sub002/sc14192-UTSO/www/photopost/uploads/1/mememem.jpg]

What is this message and how do I fix it?

Check your security permissions for your gallery folders.

As KW said, the permissions are the most likely cause. The error you are getting is not a database error, but is a file system error that is telling you that the web server doesn't have permission to move a file into the directory:

/mounted-storage/home7/sub002/sc14192-UTSO/www/photopost/uploads/1

Can you verify the permissions and ownership of that directory?

I have verified permossions and now everything looks good but getting another error when uploading an image
