Navbar issues

Virtually all the Navbar buttons work from the gallery page, for the exception of one (VBRadio), and I've tried doing the $vboptions[bburl]/ but it would not work. Here's the area of the code:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
So what now?

When I hover my mouse pointer over the button, it reveals the correct URL, but when I click it, it gives me an error (only from the Gallery page)

On the error window, instead of the radio, this is what I get:

res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/http_404.htm#http://www.**********.com/gallery/vBRadio.php
