The html code is already in the navbar look at how the other links are coded. You should be able to add something maybe like this

But this is the error

You have not set the proper server path to your inc-features.php. Try full server path to the file

inc-features.php , I didn't see any url paths to setup.
all the paths an dminsetup is correct.
could you give more details

I am talking about the path your entering in the plugin or file when you INCLUDE the inc_features.php file into vb. You would need to enter the correct server path

INCLUDE('/SOME/PATH/TO/inc_features.php');

Your path is wrong there.
