Installed Photopost Pro - Problems

I just finished installing photopost and we are using it along with vbulletin 3.0.xx.

I added a "PhotoPost" link to the nav bar in our forums, and when I click it I am taken to the photopost galleries and it shows my user signed in still so I am assuming that everything worked.

Problem is - I cant access the admin panel.

When I go to this file:
http://www.justih.org/photopost/adm-index.php

I get a login screen. I dont know what it is that is supposed to be entered here. I have entered my user info from vbulletin, the username and password from the members area on the photopost.com site, and some other combos.

But all it does is say, "Login successful" and return me to the photopost index.php page.

I should say that I am not the #1 user in the users from the vbulletin users table. Perhaps I need to change the code to specify my user number as the admin?

If this is the case, where and what do I need to do?

Just clicking around to try a few things - clicked "upload pictures," and got a message telling me,

You do not have rights to upload images

Or something close anyway. Not sure if this will help with knowing what is going on.

Hello

Rerun install.php and make sure on the next to last step of install enter your cookie prefix of bb for vbulletin as you have left this blank and you will not get into admin without this

You need to set permissions after you install on what you can and cant do.

Is there a variable in the code that I can alter or do I have to run the install?
