Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument...

Hello,

I'm using PhotoPost Pro for vBulletin 3.5.4

And upon installation after hitting "Configure PhotoPost" on step 4 I receive this error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/photopost/forums/vb3.php on line 460

I left "Forums database table prefix" empty as it should be
and "Cookie Prefix" empty, too.

My forums are located in the root directory, so I simply filled out my URL

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello double check that you really have no mysql table prefix in vbulletin and your cookie prefix is bb as noted in the config.php file of vb

If you have no table prefix then your issue is on of inputting the wrong forum database info on the initial config section of install

Just rerun install.php and check all information your entering. Basically the install can not connect to your vb and grab the usergroups info to import into our usergroups table.

Well I don't know if this matters or not, but after re-running install.php in Step3 I get many mysql errors (ie:"Result: Duplicate entry"), probably because it's already been installed once.

I double checked the table prefix which I left blank because this is my vBulletin config.php setting:

****** TABLE PREFIX ******
// Prefix that your vBulletin tables have in the database.
$config['Database']['tableprefix'] = '';

And I did select "bb" as the cookie prefix, too.

Hello

Then as noted make sure on the config section first step of install you are inputing your vb database in the users database section.

Right now the user database name, user, etc. is filled out the exact same as photopost database name, user, etc. Can you tell me how I can determine the correct entries in the users database section to make sure I have this set correctly?

Update:

Thanks for the help, Chuck. There was a problem like you said in the User Database entry.

I will let you know if there are any other issues.
