How do I upgrade, there seems to be a lack of instructions...

Is it possible for you guys to at least have some basic docs avaible? Tried searching on the forum, your installation guides leave ALOT to be desired.

At least a simple step by step in a sticky would be awsome

Beyond what is online, there is a directory called documentation in the build which has upgrade instructions.

Why does it say "PhotoPost 5.3 Now Available!" in my admin cp if I already have that version. Or is this just a little news box with no fancy coding?
