Recent, Popular, and Random pic blocks gone after server move

Probably something simple since I'm lacking sleep. I have changed the few server path differences since the move, and thought all was working, till I noticed these blocks are gone. I double checked that all 3 were checked to YES, even checked them to NO and back to YES, still no workie.

Make sure you have uploaded all the required files

Simply the proper tempate does not exist on your server

There I suggest reuploading the entire templates directory
